The ladder:
The 'pos' is the position the person is currently residing at.
'l/m' stands for 'last month' - this is because this ladder is updated monthly, and this field is so you can check out how far a player went up/down.
Wirename is, of course their name on the gaming network Wireplay
The CN rating is how the ladder is set up by. How it is worked out is, the number of kills divided by the amount of touraments played, it's a great system! (CN stands for Club Nukem)

Points are what the ladder used to be ordered by. A player is given points every tournament, 1 point for entering, and 3 for getting to the final. The more tournaments a player enters, the more points he gets.
'Tourneys' is the amount of tournaments the player has entered, (Tourney' is the abbreviation of Tournament)
'kills' speaks for itself really! It's the overall kills a player has aquired, during their whole career.
